This book presents the results of the European Project DEVICES, funded by OLAF within the Hercule III programme.
The research has been focusing on the handling of digital evidence as regulated in Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Spain and the Netherlands, aiming at understanding the state of play in each country and laying the groundwork for shared, comprehensive practices.
