The present volume, edited by Werner Menski and Roberto Scarciglia, includes seven brilliant contributions of distinguished researchers dealing with different aspects of normative pluralism and religious diversity. The book is the outcome of the research project “Jurisdictions and Pluralisms.” The authors explore the impact of normative pluralism on the setup of national legal orders, analyse existing and possible strategies of accommodation in different jurisdictions and draw important lessons for a successful coexistence of a plurality of normative traditions within the same legal order.
